Delivery & Pickup

Delivery to your address

Expected delivery time for stock items is 1-3 business days for orders placed before 2:00 PM, unless otherwise stated. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us. We personally deliver your order or send it via GLS, PostNord, or a freight carrier.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup with your name on it, so you can pick it up at your convenience. Pickup of orders agreed to be left outside is at the buyer’s own risk. Any lost orders left outside will not be replaced.

Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for private customers. If the buyer wishes to return, it must be in the original packaging and in the same condition and quantity as when the item was purchased. Before returning, this must be agreed upon in writing with us. The buyer must pay the shipping costs for returns. In cases where the buyer refuses to accept a shipment, there may be costs for the return from the shipping companies, which will be deducted from any refund. In cases where the buyer has received free shipping, we reserve the right to offset the shipping costs against the refund. In the case of partial return of an order, the shipping cost is not refunded. We can refuse to accept a return at any time if the return is not agreed upon in writing before dispatch. Returns must be sent to Next Adventure, Troensevej 4H, 9220 Aalborg Øst. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special items, such as Camper Kit or Camper Kitchen, which are made specifically for car models that we do not normally stock. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer has used the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales to companies. Orders cannot be canceled before dispatch.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty. If the buyer is dissatisfied with any defect in the item, the buyer must contact us immediately after receipt or as soon as the defect later occurs.

Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others; they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

To enter into an agreement with Next Adventure, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Next Adventure and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and employees of Next Adventure have access to the information registered about you.

The data controller at Next Adventure is the managing director.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.

As a registered user with Next Adventure, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this regard should be made via the contact page on NextAdventure.dk.

Complaints about Shipping Damage

If one or more damaged items are received, the buyer must contact us in writing immediately after receipt with clear pictures of the outer sides of the box, the inside of the box with the protective packaging, the damaged item itself, the original packaging of the damaged item, and the outer side of the box where the shipping label with the package number is clearly visible. If a package is delivered with damage to the box itself, the buyer must refuse receipt of the package and ask the shipping company to start a complaint case on the package. If the buyer accepts a package with damage to the outer side of the box itself, the shipping company’s conditions are not met, and it may therefore be possible for the shipping company to reject a complaint case due to this.

Data Fraud

In the event of data fraud/misuse of payment cards, we charge a processing fee of 10,000 DKK including VAT for the case handling.

Other

We reserve the right for errors and incorrect pricing.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the buyer may subsequently be charged a fee of 150 DKK for address change.

Any outstanding amounts must be paid immediately without further payment deadline.
